About Me

Hi! I am a third-year Master’s student at Tsinghua University (THU), majoring in Mechanical Engineering, where I am fortunate to be advised by Dr. Feng Feng and Prof. Pingfa Feng. I have also had the opportunity to work with Prof. Eckart Uhlmann from Fraunhofer IPK and Institute of Machine Tools and Factory Management (IWF), Technische Universität Berlin (TUB) on Sino-Germon Mobility Program.

Prior to Tsinghua, I graduated from Tianjin University (TJU) in June 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am grateful to Prof Shuxin Wang, Prof. Yanhui Wang, and Prof. Fujun Wang for offering me research experience and opportunities to participate in their programs.

My research interests lie broadly in Micro-Nano Fabrication and Measurement, particularly Semiconductor Manufacturing, Photonics, Nonlinear Optics, and Metasurfaces, and I am seeking a PhD program in this field. I am also familiar with Precision/Intelligent Manufacturing, including Robotic Machining, Ultrasonic Machining, Signal Processing, Dynamics and Mechanics, Surface Engineering，Physical Mechanism Combined Neural Network – check my publications or CV (PDF) for more information. Apr, 2024. Completed the setup of lab’s 1st Robotic Machining System (ABB IRB6700) for milling and drilling, achieving 0.3 mm average absolute error. Developed ABB’s PC SDK application with motion command delay under 7 ms.
